A playful approach to killing it in work, life, and beyond.
Tap in to your inner badass.
Baddies and Brews is a monthly series of workshops to support, educate, and connect women through improv-based approaches to the skills life requires of us.
By taking ourselves just a little less seriously—and a little more intentionally—we can uncover our natural power, grace, and grit.
Like Glinda the Good Witch told Dorothy, "It was in you all along."

Nice to meet you, baddie.
Hi, we're Anna and Lauren, and we can already see your inner baddie shining through (and they're cool as hell).
With a shared background that covers improv, communications, partnerships, and survival of corporate America, we want to help every woman see and connect with the power that you already have, while having fun in that discovery.
Anna Lin
Hailing from sunny SoCal, Anna brings her infectious energy to all things improv and performance. One of the best things that ever happened to Anna was the first time she said “Yes and…” to improv and she has been supporting herself and her fellow improvisers ever since. She has traveled the world from Japan to Maldives performing on stage, and has a background in Dance, Acting, and Education.
Lauren Minors
Lauren is an improviser, marketer, partnership developer, and public speaker, sometimes all in the same day. By trade, she directs partnership and marketing efforts for Reason One, an international web development agency, and a role which allows her to practice improv daily through a host of communications opportunities. Obsessed with failure, Lauren's motto is "Fuck around and find out" — a reminder that everything is a playful experiment.
